My journey began in Los Angeles, shaped by film sets, fashion houses, and Mediterranean summers. With roots in Greece, Italy, and France, I’ve always been inspired by their iconic way of dressing and living—enduringly chic and effortlessly timeless.

Modeling opened my lens. It taught me how style moves people, how an image can tell a story without a single word. As an athlete, I trained under Olympic coaches, learning precision, discipline, and the relentless pursuit of excellence—values that still guide every decision I make today.

I built a career in wellness, publishing a book with Penguin Random House on the Mediterranean way of living and appearing on platforms like The New York Times and Good Morning America.

And yet, it’s my lifelong love of horses that has always been my true North Star.
